Chibuike is a seasoned Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Consultant, business strategist, and diaspora development advocate with extensive experience spanning banking, international investment facilitation, government advisory services, and diaspora leadership. He currently serves as the Group Managing Director of Globe-Tech Impact Services Ltd, where he provides strategic leadership in investment promotion, business development, and international partnerships.
With a distinguished career in the financial sector, Chibuike has worked with some of Nigeria’s leading banking institutions, including United Bank for Africa (UBA), Oceanic Bank Plc, and BankPHB. His banking experience has provided him with a strong foundation in financial services, investment management, corporate relations, and economic development.
His expertise in investment promotion and international engagement led to several high-profile government appointments. From 2020 to 2021, he served as Special Adviser to the Pioneer Commissioner for Foreign and International Affairs, Imo State Government, where he contributed to policies and initiatives aimed at attracting international partnerships and investment opportunities to the state. Earlier, between 2014 and 2017, he served as Senior Special Assistant on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) to the Nigerian Consulate General in South Africa, playing a significant role in strengthening investment relations between Nigeria and South Africa.
A passionate advocate for diaspora engagement and economic development, Chibuike is a Founding Partner of Africa Diaspora Corporation (ADC), London, United Kingdom, an organization committed to connecting Africans in the diaspora with investment, development, and business opportunities across the continent. He also serves as the Country Director of the Nigeria Diaspora Forum (NDF), where he has been instrumental in fostering collaboration between Nigerians abroad and stakeholders at home.
His leadership within the Nigerian diaspora community has been widely recognized. He previously served as Chairman of the Nigeria Union South Africa (NUSA), Pretoria Chapter (2015–2017), where he championed initiatives focused on community development, citizen welfare, and bilateral engagement.
In the political sphere, Chibuike played a strategic leadership role during Nigeria’s 2023 Presidential Election as Chairman of the Labour Party Diaspora Committee, coordinating diaspora participation and engagement in support of democratic processes and political inclusion.
Combining expertise in foreign direct investment, banking, public policy, international relations, and diaspora affairs, Chibuike continues to drive initiatives that promote economic growth, international partnerships, and sustainable development across Africa and the global diaspora community.
